Take that, Tehran

From the Los Angeles Times:

In response to Iran's suspect nuclear program, the U.N. Security Council has approved new sanctions targeting the country's powerful Revolutionary Guard, ballistic missiles and nuclear-related investments.

The resolution imposing a fourth round of sanctions against Iran was approved today with 12 "yes" votes, two "no" votes from Brazil and Turkey, and one abstention from Lebanon.

Interesting that Turkey and Brazil, which recently were working on diplomatic solutions would opt to vote no on the sanctions.
