It appears (sniff, sniff) that some members of the Atlanta (Crying) Falcons are upset.
Why? Well, (grab your Kleenex) because they didn't think it was right (sob, sob) that New Orleans quarterback Drew Brees threw a variety of passes late in a game in which his team was hammering the Falcons. In doing so, Brees -- playing at home -- set a record for passing yards in a single season.
Oh, cry me a river, Atlanta. Cry me a river.
Yes, the Saints play at home next Sunday, but setting a record such as that on a Monday night -- with a national television audience watching -- is far more exciting than on a regular Sunday.
